With the DS1620 monitors the temperature of the microprocessor, through on or off the fan, cooling conditions can change the chip to achieve temperature control circuit as shown. Its characteristics are the type of TCOM signals through the 2N7000 MOSFET, to control the fan, when the chip surface temperature ttH open when the fan, and has remained close to the TTL only fan. 2N7000 main parameters: the open-drain when the drain – source breakdown voltage UDSO = 60V, rated on-state current IT = 280mA, maximum continuous output power PD = 830mW. For high power the cooling fan, optional 2N7010-type MOSFET, the IT = 1.3A, PD = 1.2W.
